I have been trying to contact you for two months. Every time I call after a short message I am cut off. I have never, and I mean never experienced such bad customer service. I returned goods to you on 12th May, I have proof and to date have still not received my refund. I had a gift voucher for 35 pounds from barratts shop dated 8th of April 2013 and would have lasted till 8th of April 2014 and when I went to get goods the shops in Harrow and Wembly were closed and your website was not registered online for me to get in touch. I am still holding the voucher which i was unable to use at the time and lost my money. Is there any way Ic an redeem this voucher. I will appreciate if this is still possible for genuine customer. I will NEVER shop at Barratts Shoes Online. The worst customer care ever. Purchased one pair of kickers for my grand-daughter in September 14. They sent a size 3. Courier was supposed to collect the size three in exchange for a size 5. Another pair of size three arrived - at the incorrect delivery address. Insisted on a refund, which I got, but have had real difficulty in getting the two pairs of size three returned to Barratts because of total incompetency from Barratts customer service and their couriers. I have copies of emails and made several attempts for the shoes to be returned - to no avail. When I threatened to give them to charity (because they really are of no use to us), I received a stroppy email from a member of staff saying they tried to contact me on a number of occasions. Did they leave me a voice mail message? NO. Did the courier use the mobile number to say they had arrived to collect the goods? NO. I am going to write to the Barratts MD.
