I have received defective soft lens as shown in pic. Lot number isW52034272. Curvature of lens is physically damage broken. I am asking replacement, but vendor is refusing on grounds that it users wear and tear damage. I am using Bausch and Lomb product since 13 yrs, but never have received such degrading quality soft lenses.

I. Recently bought a pack of 3pairs of multi focal contact lenses from India. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I wore the lenses. Got eye infection on first day. I showed to the doctor. After ten days I wore a new pair. After five hrs I got the same infection. Please help.

I bought a new B and L pair of contact lens in month of May 2015 from Expert Opticians, Kammanahalli, Bangalore. (Sorry i missed the bill, but i have the proof of my credit card statement). I have a complaint wearing the lens on my right eye. I have been trying to wear since i bought, but i continiously got the irritation whenever i tried. The left side one was perfect with number issues. I checked my eye with opthomologist. She confirmed there is no infection or something that is giving problem. Then i tried the left one on the right eye. I found no irritation. Finally i ve arrived to a conclusion that right side lens might have some problem. I need suggestion whether i can send the lens to you and get it checked or replaced. Please let me know. ThanksNiranjan .

Dear sir / madam, I am wearing B and L cl for last one year now i want to my eye testing. So i went to the optical outlet with wearing cl. That store optometrist sid you remove your cl and after six hours only your eyes will be tested. If it is true once remove the cl after six hours only they checked the eyes. Rebate denied unfairly! I sent in what you asked for as soon as I came across your rebate form Apparently your rebate is a joke! I have worn contacts for over 20 yrs now and have always purchased the ones made by your company as well as purchased your products! Apparently you DO NOT really care about your customers. I will think long and hard before I ever purchase anything else made by your company. I will also spread the word about what happened to me to everyone I know so that they can judge for themselves whether or not to purchase your company's products!
