Mr. Cw Ferri On Phone To Brembo Service
I recently ordered and installed a 1A4. 6005A1 brake system and it works great except for the dust it produces. It turns the wheels black in less than 100 miles. These can not be ceramic pads and produce this much dust. The pads were already installed in the calipers, and the quality control sheet does not list the pads or their part number. Can you suggest a low dust pad? Thanks.
Hi guys
Purchased Brembo front brakes and pads for my BMW F10 535i, from one of the companies managed/run by AutoDoc in Germany. One of the composite discs is loose out of the box. Only identified on the car, after problem solving an irregular brake chatter, from fitting. The friction ring to alloy top hat is not a solid riveted joint, chatters in use. The friction ring physically moves on the top hat. Can be measured with a DTI gauge, plus the noise. I am shocked to find this on a Brembo 'quality' product. I am questioning if this supply is genuine Brembo product. I can forward details, product labels from the box, if you also suspect the product could be counterfeit. The disc will be returned to Germany, I've had to source another Brembo disc in the UK, to keep the car on the road. I've a video of the noise generated, all assembled car on the ground, moving the disc by hand. Thanks for your attention. Kind regards
Peter.
I am looking for a set of after market Brembo rotors for my 2001 audi tt. The number I was able to find on the rotor is P/N90. 1522 S/N0304052. I understand it is a two piece rotor high performance. I would like some one to I. D this part number and get back to me where I could purchase these back here In the USA. A name of business and contact number would be greatly appreciated. Absolutely am not having any luck finding this on the internet or any performance shops locally. Thank you and look forward to hearing back from someone soonest. Vaughn.
Hi Good People of Brembo, I fitted one of your discs and a set of pads to the rear of my BMW R1200 GS. After just six months (2500 miles) I noticed a pulsing action when the rear brake, only, was applied, on closer examination I found a pad shaped area with pronounced rust pitting, I have purchased and fitted another Brembo disc and the brake works perfectly now. I replaced the front disc and pads sometime earlier with Brembo, these work perfectly and have not been effected by the pitting problem. Could I please return the disc to you so you can examine it for possible manufacturing faults. As I said I have Brembo to the front of my machine and I would recommend them as I am very happy with the price and performance of these consumable items. Thank you very much for your help, my mobile number is 07773621750.

Hi, I have an Aprilia Dousoduro 750 smv 2010 5760 miles Please help. With the brakes being Brembo and the best you can have. My front floating discs, the floating buttons have excessive movement, this being that some spring washers on the inside of the discs are missing. I have been to my local Honda and Kawasaki garage where one has said nothing to worry about where the other has said NOT SAFE and contact Aprilia The nearest Aprilia garage is some miles away so being safe and asking the question. I have contacted Aprilia a number of times and getting no replyAs my bike has done hardly any miles I feel that this problem maybe a manufacture issue Please can you help as want to be safe Kind regards Nigel.
