Hi I have the chance to buy through Ebay. Co. Uk a 2013 Giant TCR Composite Frame complete with Forks and Saddle Stem. The Frame has all the Standard Giant Logos and Decals and Colour Combinations for Frame and Forks. Are these Genuine Giant TCR Composite Framesets, Authorized for Sale by Giant Head Office and are they the Standard Giant Factory Manufactured Quality - not Second Quality Rejects?Please advise me if l should purchase with confidence in Giant Factory First Quality. Unfortunately I'm having to write this complaint to yourselves as I'm going around in circles regarding the wheels of my bike. I worked and saved hard for my dream bike and distraught that the wheel broke. Retailer has now put on a completely different wheel, sent by giant. So I now have a mix match bike. Resulting in myself being too embarrassed to continue my training for iron man and missing out on events. I want this sorted. Do not tell me to go back to retailer as I'm past that stage. I'm fuming and upset. Original wheel ~ pr2 rim. It was replaced with SL1 rim. Please can you contact me to correct this before I seek professional advice.

Helloi have bought a giant mountain bike in Israel at the local distributor, model trans three years ago at February 2011. i found a crack in the frame near the seat post. i asked him to replace the frame (guaranty five years) and he replied that these frames are not produced any more. in any case he said, it will take three month to order a new one. i cannot wait so long for the repair as the bike serves me for transportation every day. can you kindly help resolve my problem?best regards, mr pniel meron (israel).

I have a Giant ATX 27. 5" using a chainring of 48/38/28 on a Suntour NEX Power Flow Shifting Crank, 175mm. I removed the 48-T recently as I found no use for it since my knees/feet are not powerful enough. My next project is to change the chainring to a 44/32/22,, but since I will most likely have the 44-T removed too, am also considering a dual crank of 34/24 or 32/22 to have some reserved climbing power. What do you think ? What dual cranks are readily available in bike stores ?I bought my Giant at Cycling Zone, Philippines. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I bought a Giant Anthem Advanced – 2009 with Mack-Cycle and Fitness in 14th of July 2011; since then, I’ve been having a lot of fun and getting very good results in competitions in Brazil. Unfortunately, few months ago I noticed a small (2 ½”) crack in my frame. I really do not know what happened; I do not know if it superficial (in the paint) or not; pictures were sent to Mack-Cycle, however, Mack-Cycle did not answer my questions, did not solve the problem and have no respect for customers. Please let me know how I should proceed to have my frame replaced. Thanks and regards.
