I've bought Glad trash bags for years now. It's all I've used. And now this box I have every bag is aweful! The sides rip, the strings break and rip and every time I try and put it around the trash can the bag rips down the side. I've never had this issue before.

Hi, I'm a long-time customer of glad trash bag products I recently bought a box of Febreze freshness Hawaiian Aloha scented 13-gallon tall kitchen trash bags and unfortunately every single bag was defective. Every bag in the box had both plastic ties coming out of the same side of the bag leaving me no way to cinch the bag closed once full. As I said I've been a long-time customer and until now I have never had any issues and I'm sure I won't in the future, I just thought I should share to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else. I have been a long time customer of glad products. Recently purchased a box of kitchen bags to use for our sons graduation party. I was so frustrated using this product because every bag just splits wide open at the seam. We thought it was just random bags, and would double another bag over the split bag, only to have the new one split. It wasn't because they were full. The bags seam were literally open as we pulled them from the box. We had to reinforce the side of every bag with tape to get through the party. We had to go out and buy another brand.

I have been a customer of yours of over 25 years. Recently I purchased a large box of GLAD Kitchen catchers (Febreeze Scented) and unfortunately every second bag that I remove from the box tears to the bottom, and consequently has to be thrown out. I must say that this is extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I am taking the time to share this with your customer service office, as I suspect I have purchased a defective box of garbage bags, and perhaps others may also be encountering this same problem. My aunt has always bought Glad tall kitchen bags with odor shield, but we noticed she had two different boxes with one a larger quantity with each box saying they measure 2x2. When we held them up to each other the one bag in the larger quantity was smaller all around. Why are they different sizes when the boxes read the same dimensions? She can not fit the bag in the trash can like she can with the other box. Please explain what's going on.

Why are you putting Febreeze on your glad garbage bags? I and many others are fragrance intolerant and extremely allergic. I had previously switched to Glad because they did not use the odour control onTheir bags, but today glad had all the bags on the shelf with Febreeze - which is extremely toxic I won't be buying your bags anymore as the Safeway manager said that is all they are getting. I will be switching to a brand without fragrance - this is really ridiculous because they are garbage bags and to be clear garbage smells a lot better than perfume Many people are fragrance intolerant and garbage smell does not make us sick, but perfumed products absolutely do make us very sick.

The white tall kitchen scented bags that are in a roll for use are thin, rip open, split at the seams, and are not the quality product that is advertised. Disappointing, when you have to use several bags for trash costly too.
