Unonly used table and chairs for two weeks. My two year old granddaughter sat in the green and pink chair and we heard a crack. Seems the wooden pegs holding the seat to the base of the back has a crack and obviously we will not let her sit on it-the pink being her favorite. Is it possible to please send another pink and green chair only-not the whole set-we had to pay someone to put together and I do not want to send back the whole set. In fact I do not know how to send back the chairs. Please advise asap-thank you. Even thought this has happened I would still highly recommend this - adorable and I do hope functional assuming this is just a defect in these two chairs.

I've call at least five times today and keep getting a high pitched squealing. Like a fax noise. I am still desperately trying to get the parts of the doll house I've already bought and pd for.

I could not get through on this number, i am from northern Ireland and need some parts replaced on my children's kitchen, unfortunately i can not find a batch number and was hoping to be able to speak to someone and order the parts in time for Christmas.
