We just purchased a wash let C100 to discover out toilet (American Standard) has a different valve attachment making the Toto supplied valve useless. Or, do I have to change the valve inside the toilet to accommodate the valve supplied by Toto? Is there a Toto valve for the inside that will thread correctly?.

Hi, I love my Toto toilet bidet, but this is the 3rd time it has stopped squirting I do not want to pay to have it fixed every year. And, I would like to take it in to a repair shop today in Kansas City, but you don’t pick up your phones on Saturday; frustrating. And I can’t find any local local service shops for help. I purchased a Toto Neorest in early 2009. The motor (not the motor on the deodorizer) was very loud and it never shut off. I recently purchased a second Neorest, and the loud motor sound only come on when the bidet unit is operating. This tells me that the constant loud continuous motor on the first unit is not operating properly (again, this motor runs constantly IN ADDITION TO the deodorizing motor. I would like to have someone from Toto analyze and repair the problem. I paid close to $4000 for the first unit, and believe that it has been defective from the time of purchase.
