Extensive library service together with systematic use of audio-visual aids is available to help the students in their learning process. The library is provided with professional and non professional books, journals, periodicals, newspapers etc. which give thrust and knowledge to betterment of studies. A large number of national and international journals and magazines are subscribed. Well equipped laboratories which are upgraded and maintained with due responsibilities help students to get acquainted with the practical settings.
All admitted candidates are requested to stay in the hostel provided by kumuda Institute of Nursing Sciences – Davangere. Separate hostel for male and female students are arranged with adequate facilities. Both Kerala and Karnataka food items are available for the students.
kumuda Institute of Nursing Sciences – Davangere students eagerly participate in the sports fest and cultural fest conducted every year. We also conduct debates, Anthakshari competition. Quiz competition, and we used to celebrate Onam, Christmas which take off the feeling that our students are far away from home. We take our students on excursions to local historical places and those of educational significance. Every year we conduct lamp lighting and oath taking ceremony (Samarpana) and college day and send off celebrations (Ashirwad) and nurses day celebrations.
