Ms. Cindy Finley On Phone To Living Social Service
I cannot get a phone call to customer service.
So, Living Social has new refund policies. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want a full refund on two purchase. The massage and the DNA allergy test. I have no time and will not use them and if you do NOT refund my money I will not be happy and that is not cool.

I order a hose for my garden and paid for it, but it would not let me access my voucher code. Can someone contact me. It seems to be impossible to get the speak to someone there. Am I going to get my hose or have you just taken my money.
The vendor did not bother to show up to my appointment, did not call to cancel or reschedule. I drove almost 30 minutes there, texted and called and 30 minutes back. No response no text. I even had a written confirmation of appointment which I will gladly attach if I can figure out how to do this. I am so very annoyed and disturbed. She wasted hours of my time, took my money and my gas money too by having me drive there for nothing. I surely hope Living Social will fix this issue.

I have a voucher for my nails and the company is no longer operating. And the girl that would do my nail was fired. I would like another voucher in place of this one or my money back. And your number that you have all over your site is NOT the right one.
I purchased a voucher from a local merchant (Los Angeles area). I have attempted to contact this merchant over ten times with no response. I attempted to call the telephone number Living Social has listed for customer support and that number is no longer working. How can a get a refund on the voucher I purchased. Voucher
number LG-SHGX-XSLB-KBFC-6XC4. My telephone number is 1-310-756-8666. Thank you.

You can never get a live person and the phone continues to ring busy when you try to contact them. When updating a credit card is the worse, you complete all the information and it doesn't do anything, but continues to tell you, you have no credit card. I am done, I'm going to Groupon.
I have never had such rough shod treatment from Living Social vendors. The vendor came (voucher 68639921) and refused to honor the voucher stating it was invalid because I have a large house (less than the 4000 sq ft stated on the voucher). They then stated they traveled a long distance and should do the work off the voucher. I sent them on their way and Customer Service who was equally roughshod, stating that this was a discount voucher and not for up to $200 of service like the voucher states. I am done with LivingSocial.
