I am a new member of Zoosk and have two questions please; 1) If I am already messaging with someone, but they appear under my "view" section during this time does that mean that they are going back and looking at my profile again or does it mean when they open our message it automatically comes up as viewed? (exmaple: I am already talking to Rick. I notice that he still comes up under my "view" section. Does that mean he is still looking at my profile or if each time he messages me it will show as "view"?)

Multiple Multiple Attempts at charging my card for totally different amounts. Not good. Charge just once, then make sure the one correct amount is charged, especially for a new customer. You don’t want to scare off your customers, nor do you want to give them a reason to distrust you or your accounting/ billing. Just a hopeful recommendation.

I need help with canceling subscription I think. I went to cancel subscription in the app, but I logged back on today to check it was canceled and it said next renewal is in February which means it has processed another six months. I do not give permission for that payment I pressed cancel subscription so it should be canceled It is too early to see if it has come up on my credit card. But I have a bad feeling it has. What can I do? Is there something else I have to do to unsubscribe? It should be simple as pressing cancel subscription like I did.
