I live at 14401 Waynesford Dr. Upper Marlboro, MD, 804-855-7437. On 8/1/2018 I called Xfinity because my cable was out. They stated they would send someone and they passed by my house turned around and passed by again. The appt. Was for three pm- five ppm. I called when I saw them pass by at 3:20 p. She stated he would be there at 4:20 and no one ever showed up. She said they will come the next day from three to five and no one appeared during that time. I called again and she rescheduled yet no one appeared. In essence it is now 8/8/2018 and I still have no internet or cable. I have been lied to on so many occasions its pitiful. They came Sunday and the tech was so nasty I called and complained and still I have no cable. I am presently on the phone and apt is made for 8/9/18 from four to seven pm. I'm sure I will be writing yet another waste less email. O beg for good customer service.
