On Ist February 2018 @ 12:55 pm, I try to withdraw an amount of 20000 PKR from NBP Namak Mandi Branch ATM, but due to technical fault in the dispenser the transaction was not successful, but the same amount was deducted from my account. my nbp branch code 0147 thana bula khan and my new please account number is 3074365682 old please accont 119-7 in name of Dr Moti Mal MY ID 41207-7524640-5 Moti Mal Arwani. I had applied for ATM card from NBP Thana Bula Khan. Sir when contacted on help line 080011627, iwas amazed to listen that neither such type of account exist nor my ID was recognised, so please help to resolve the issue, as same is working from NBP branch thana bula khan, from where i can draw and deposit money as usual. So please help me to get ATM card provided. Hope to listen very soon. Thank you very much

This is to inform you that I am observing since 5/6 months, your NBP Abdullah Pur Branch, Faisalabad s' Staff who deals the Income Tax and Sales Tax challn Matters are not co-Opertive in the sense that when a customer go to this Branch the Concern Official says that System is down or slow and usually advise to go any other Branch for depositing governments Taxes. This is pertinent to mention here that this Branch specially remain open on saturday for public facility for depositing Taxes. On the saturday fifty percent staff remain on leave the excuse of slow on line system remain as it is also on saturday as mentioned above. This issue was also brought in to the acknowledge of Operation Manager time and again and they also shows their inability to resolve the issue. You are requested to pl Up date the higher speed on line system, and save the inconvinienc and time. For one challan normally time required five to ten mnts, but they takes 30 to 40 mnts.
