It's been quite frustrating lately to shop with Qoo10. I ordered five items on two different carts. The amount has been credited and it's even reflected in the credit card statement. Yet the status for all five items remains "shipping requesting" after 50 hours from the time I got the message that "payment has been completed". Some of the items are self-collect meant as a gift to someone. The staff kept telling me they have directed the problem to the technical department and will revert. I called the customer service hotline on 14 October 2014 around ten in the morning to feedback of non delivery of items i ordered from "della stella". My cart number is 90310095. My call was answered by a male officer whose name i did not take down. I specifically mentioned that the seller changed the status from on request to delivery on the same day without sending the items. He said he will escalate to his team leader and i will be contacted within a week. Today, 20 October 2014 at 4. 30pm i called qoo10 again. This time ms madin answered my call. I was informed that my case was not transfered! i am very upset at how your staff deceived me. I do not want to wait for another week only to find out again that i had to repeat my reasons to call again.
