Hello, I bought a 6250 watt gen. Last year the first one i bought blew up in under five hours, not any help from anybody in the matter, The next one i buy now has maybe 30 run hours and i have to buy parts for it, the AVR and the Brush asm. Is burnt. And again troy-built wants money.
In June of 2017 I purchased a new TB string trimmer from Lowes in Hendersonville TN. The unit has vibrated since I purchased it. I called Troy Bilt last month get a location of a dealer locally who does Troy Bilt warranty work. None of the three listed actually do TB repairs. I took the unit to Lowes and now 2. five weeks later they want to charge me 75. 00 dollars for repair. This was a new unit and there should be no repair charge. The repair was about the linkage that held the shaft together. I've owned several TB trimmers and use TB mowers. I'm not paying for what should be warranty work.

I bought a TB635 EC on 8/26/17 from Lowe's. It has been very hard to start since I purchased. It has since become extremely hard to start and will hardly run at all. It has gas and it's fresh. This is my second trimmer and the first quit running after about a yr of service. I thought this on might be better, but it's even worse. I hate spending $184 bucks for something that is a piece of crap. I want a refund or fix the damn thing. I am Noel Clemens at 1-806-664-1041.

I want to buy your "CSV 070 Shredder Vac Self-Propelled Wood Chipper/Shredder/Vacuum Model 24A-07MP766". The only problem, I can not find any place to buy it. One site sent me to "Lowes", but when I called the store they tell me it is not available any longer. Every on-line retailer that I looked up on the internet list it as "out of stock and no longer available. Is this machine just a bunch of pictures in space or is it going to be available somewhere in my location (Pittsburgh, PA 15209) or any location. Hello, I'm letting you know about the Troy-Bilt riding mower that I purchased new in 2015. I also purchased an extended warranty. This mower ran ok for the first summer, but the following year is when I started having choke issues with it. I had it serviced (they put in a new carburetor kit). After getting the mower back it ran ok for a while and now it's worse than ever. I personally cleaned the entire carburetor, fuel line, air cleaner and replaced the spark plug and also changed gas. I again have it scheduled to be worked on and I do not feel that I should have to deal with this because of how new it is. What can be done about this ?

I bought a Troy Bilt 42" Mustang Zero turn mower at the end of March. It has been into the shop twice since then and today it is down again. I hate to ask my neighbors to use their mowers and push cutting my yard is nearly impossible. I had a Troy Bilt Bronco which was wonderful, in fact every piece of power equipment I have is Troy Bilt so I thought buying Zero turn from you would be the best option. It was not, this mower is a lemon. I am tired of spending my money at U-Haul to rent a trailer to drop off and pick up my "new mower", but here I go again. I am the joke at the repair shop now. At this point I am asking to return this mower or at the least exchange it for one that actually works. I have stood by Troy Bilt now I am asking Troy Bilt to stand by me, a loyal customer.
