Considering that Zillow and Trulia are same company, it would seem that there estimates would be the same and not in my case $81K off each other. Recent sale down my street listed on Trulia as Sold for $420K, no lake view and not a prime lot, without solar, 200 SQ. Ft. Smaller; while Trulia estimates my value at $391K. No wonder real estate people deplore these companies.
