90% of the L-L phone service including my telephone (no. 08415 245294) under Badanpet exchange are dead since two months(Approx. ). This problems may be beyond the control of local exchange. However the complaints registered in '1500' are made erased / deleted and message sent that the complaint is resolved, but without it is being resolved. Moreover tariff is being charged when the phone is dead for almost two months. Higher authorities are requested to look into this matter and make permanent solutions otherwise days will not be very far when most of the subscriber will prefer to leave BSNL.
