I activated my card last night, I didn't even put money on it, there was a 325 balance on the card. Last night I had the intention to make a reservation. Found today only $50 available on this card. Someone made a money to money transfer. The tier one lady took all my info, she sounded ok, when i was transferred to Tier two I spoke to a Franco. I told them what happened and they insisted i did something wrong. They said I transferred $250 to Jason Bouchard. I've never heard of a Jason Bouchard. Then he hung up on me. I want Franco fired and someone to call me back properly. No bank would ever handle it like this. They cancelled the card and now I cannot get back in to speak to an agent again because they de-activated the card. They told me the card was already open since June25, 2015. I received the card in the mail two weeks ago yesterday so it would have been July 13. 14. 2015.

I got a reload pack and I tried putting it in my account and it saying its already been used I didn't even used it, I have the receipt Nd everything i have been trying/ to call customer service but they wont pick up. Its not a matter of small a small amount it's 500 which I worked hard for, I want my money.I bought it today at 17:08:17 June 24 2015
